Why real estate? I have a knack for finding real value.

My passion for real estate comes in three parts: economics, development and legal.

First, the foundation of my education is built on economics: facts and figures, effectiveness, and common-sense analyses.

Second, I started as a volunteer which led to me sitting on board meetings, organizing fundraisers, learning about community outreach. With development, I learned -from the bottom up- the importance, and need, to give back.

Organization. Detail. Accountability.

Thirdly, these are some highlighted traits I learned while doing the boutique law-firm hustle. No task was ever too big. And nothing was impossible to learn. As I am no stranger to small boutique firms, I believe in the dedication and value they provide.
